About me

Music has been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember, and the cello is where I’ve found my voice. I am a 16-year-old cellist with a deep passion for orchestral, chamber, and ensemble performance, and I am grateful to play with a wide range of groups that continue to challenge and inspire me as a musician.

I currently perform as a cellist in multiple symphony orchestras, chamber ensembles, and string quartets, in addition to my high school orchestra. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong ensemble skills, musical sensitivity, and the ability to adapt to many different performance settings—from large orchestral works to intimate chamber pieces.

I especially enjoy chamber music, where collaboration and communication between musicians are essential. Working closely with other players has helped me grow not only technically, but also musically, as I learn to listen more deeply, shape phrases together, and contribute meaningfully to a shared interpretation.

Beyond rehearsals and performances, I am constantly working to improve my technique, tone, and musical expression. I enjoy exploring a wide range of repertoire, learning from conductors and fellow musicians, and pushing myself to grow with every performance.

Music has taught me discipline, teamwork, and creativity, and I look forward to continuing my journey as a cellist—both as a solo musician and as part of the many ensembles I am proud to perform with.
